Your account
- Give accurate details and keep your password private.
- Learners under 18 need a parent or guardian’s permission to use the Academy, or must be enrolled through their school.
- Each account is for one person. Please don’t share sign-in details.
- Parents and teachers who create learner profiles are responsible for sharing the sign-in details safely.
What you get when you buy
When you buy a course, you get a personal, non-transferable right to use it.
- Individual and family purchases include lifetime access: you can use the course for as long as the Academy offers it online, including future updates. If we ever stop offering a course, we will give at least 90 days’ notice so you can finish it and download its handbook.
- School and staff licences last 12 months from the start date, for the number of learners or teachers agreed, and can be renewed.
- Course handbooks are for your own use. Teachers may use the teacher handbooks with their own classes.
Respecting our work
All course content, handbooks, videos and the 8 Steps method are © Craig Cameron. Please don’t copy, resell, share or publish them, in whole or in part, without written permission.
Payments and prices
Prices are shown in South African rand and include VAT where applicable. Courses are once-off payments with no subscriptions. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider. We may change prices for new purchases, but this never affects what you have already bought.
Live programmes and workshops
Group programme sessions and school workshops run on the dates agreed when you book. Sessions are 90 minutes: about 45 minutes of mindset coaching and 45 minutes of maths tutoring or guided practice. If we have to move a session, we will offer a new date or a refund for that session.
Using the Academy respectfully
Please be kind in any messages or live sessions, and don’t upload anything unlawful, hurtful or that belongs to someone else. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
Learning, not professional advice
Our courses teach mindset and study skills. They are not medical, psychological or financial advice, and results depend on each learner’s effort and circumstances, so we can’t guarantee particular marks. If you or your child are struggling emotionally, please speak to a trusted adult, a health professional or SADAG (sadag.org).
Our responsibility
We work hard to keep the Academy available and accurate, but we can’t promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act or other South African law.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. If you keep using the Academy after a change, the new terms apply.
